How the 90-day pilot works:

Prepare For Your Pilot

Begin with a simple, no-obligation agreement that outlines how the 90-day pilot will work. Together we’ll identify how many machines to install (we recommend a minimum of four) and where they will be located, and we take care of the rest! We’ll also help you obtain the appropriate permits from your town or city. Use this time to establish your baseline revenue metrics and identify your goals for a successful pilot period. There’s no upfront cost and no maintenance responsibilities on your part during the pilot.

Install Pinball Machines

We deliver and set up the pinball machines and connect them to a WiFi network. Each machine comes equipped with

  • Internet connectivity
  • Dollar bill validators
  • Volume control switches
  • Beverage cup holders
  • Soft leg protectors to prevent floor damage.

We also recommend installation of a TV display for high scores, encouraging more play and increasing dwell time. Setup takes just a few hours and can be performed during slower periods on weekdays, and we return regularly to perform ongoing maintenance.

Engage Loyal Pinball Players

We add your location to popular online pinball maps and directories, connecting with thousands of pinball enthusiasts from around New England. We also launch marketing campaigns to engage local pinball players, keeping your location top-of-mind when they seek out places to play. Together we can schedule tournaments and special events to boost customer traffic on your off-peak days, with pinball players often staying longer than your typical customers.

90-Day Review

We periodically check in with you to evaluate your results, as well as after the 90 day pilot, and determine our next steps. If you meet or exceed your goals, we can move forward with a longer-term agreement and explore options of adding more pinball machines to host larger events and sustain more foot traffic.

What you need to get started:

  • Apply for the appropriate town/city permits to add pinball machines in your establishment (we’ll help with this part)
  • Propose a few locations in your venue where the pinball machines could be installed (we recommend a minimum of four machines that use a total of 70 square feet)
  • Provide electricity connections for the machines (standard 120V AC plugs)
  • Enable access to your location’s WiFi network for player logins and real-time high score tracking
  • Prepare for the installation of a flat-panel monitor to display high scores (can be wall mounted or on a stand, your choice)
